The Australian Public Service Award 1998 (APS Award) is an enterprise award. Under transitional arrangements, the Fair Work system allows enterprise awards to continue to operate until 31 December 2013 to enable these awards to be integrated into the new system. A decision is yet to be made regarding modernisation of the APS Award.
