I have pleasure in presenting the annual Parliamentary Service Commissioner's report for the year ended 30 June 2005. Section 42(1) of the Parliamentary Service Act 1999 requires that, after the end of each financial year, the Commissioner must give a report to the Presiding Officers for presentation to the Parliament, on the activities of the Commissioner during the year.
