Senate Order for entity contracts

An amendment to the Senate Order of 14 May 2015 requires all procurement contracts be listed in a report on the AusTender website, with non-procurement contracts to be listed on entity websites.

2016-17 Financial Year

Pursuant to the Senate Order for entity contracts:

  • There were no non-procurement contracts entered into by the Australian Public Service Commission which provide for a consideration to the value of $100,000 or more (GST inclusive) and which:
    1. have not been fully performed as at 30 June 2017, or
    2. have been entered into during the 12 months prior to 30 June 2017.
  • Procurement contracts are available through the Senate Order Report located on the AusTender Homepage (www.tenders.gov.au).

Estimated cost of complying with this Order: $2,500.

Basis of method used to estimate the cost: Applying salary on costs based on the number of hours spent by staff to collect and analyse the information.

2016

  • January to December 2016 - procurement contracts are available through the Senate Order Report located on the AusTender Senate Order page. No non-procurement contracts which provide for a consideration to the value of $100 000 or more were entered into during the reporting period.
  • July 2015 to June 2016 - procurement contracts are available through the Senate Order Report located on the AusTender Senate Order page. No non-procurement contracts which provide for a consideration to the value of $100 000 or more were entered into during the reporting period.

2015

  • January to December 2015 - procurement contracts are available through the Senate Order Report located on the AusTender Senate Order page. No non-procurement contracts which provide for a consideration to the value of $100 000 or more were entered into during the reporting period.
  • July 2014 to June 2015 - procurement contracts are available through the Senate Order Report located on the AusTender Senate Order page. No non-procurement contracts which provide for a consideration to the value of $100 000 or more were entered into during the reporting period.
