Annual Report
Section 44 of the Public Service Act 1999 provides that the Public Service Commissioner must provide a report each year to the Minister for presentation to the Parliament, which includes a report on the state of the Commission during the year.
Section 51 of the Public Service Act 1999 provides that the Merit Protection Commissioner must provide a report each year to the Minister for presentation to the Parliament detailing the administrative arrangements to support the performance of the Merit Protection Commissioner’s functions.
