Annual report

Section 44 of the Public Service Act 1999 provides that the Public Service Commissioner must provide a report each year to the Minister for presentation to the Parliament, which includes a report on the state of the Commission during the year.

Section 51 of the Public Service Act 1999 provides that the Merit Protection Commissioner must provide a report each year to the Minister for presentation to the Parliament detailing the administrative arrangements to support the performance of the Merit Protection Commissioner’s functions.

The following reports provide an overview of achievements against performance targets and financial statements. They include the report, from 2011-12, of the Defence Force Remuneration Tribunal.
