Our services and their benefits
Independent Selection Advisory Committees (ISAC)
- ISACs support merit-based engagement and promotion decisions across the APS 1–6 classifications which are not subject to promotion review.
- ISACs can be used for selection processes of any size but are particularly useful for large or sensitive processes where the maintenance of good workplace relationships may be placed at risk if the process is not seen to be independent and impartial.
- ISACs are an efficient, professional and equitable alternative to traditional internal recruitment practices.
Selection Advisory Committee (SAC) members and scribes for recruitment panels
SAC services promote impartiality and fairness in recruitment and promotion decisions; advice on methodology and best practice recruitment; and deliver professional, timely report writing.
